Beijing -most suitable season for travelling Beijing

Autumn is the most suitable season for travelling Beijing. Beijing is located in the northern edge of the North China Plain, with four distinct seasons, while its summer and winter are longer; spring and autumn are shorter. The coldest weather appears in January with below 0 degree and the hottest weather appears in July with almost 40 degree.

The spring in Beijing (from March to May) is decorated with blooming flowers. The summer (from June to August) is in clear and clean colors, providing ideal condition for photography. The autumn (from September to October) is the best tourist season with fresh air and pleasant weather. The winter (from November to February the next year) is covered with snow, and gives you the chance to play some leisure activities like skiing.

Autumn is the most beautiful time of Beijing. As more and more leaves getting into yellow from green, some still are red. Round November, the red leaves in Xiangshan get into a much wide area and attract a lot people coming for appreciating. After several times of autumn rain, you will feel the obvious fresh air on the morning.
The recommended tourist places for people coming to Beijing are introduced as following:
Fragrant Hill Park, located in the northwest of Beijing, 20 km from the downtown with an area of 1.6 million square meters. It is a large park with royal forest park style.
Jingshan Park, located in the north of Forbidden City, is a beautiful royal garden with an area of 23 hectares.
Summer Palace is located in Haidian District, northwest of Beijing, 15 km away from Beijing City.
